Abstract
In our previous study we reported the statistically significant improvement in patients’ pain scores, measured using visual analogue scale (VAS), for myofascial pain following injection of 50 units of botulinum toxin A (BtA). We have now completed a further study to compare the effectiveness of a reduced dose of BtA, of 25 units.
