Abstract
We had been unable to establish a combined CT/OPA/lung function one-stop lung cancer clinic at our main acute hospital sites due to acute pressures on radiology and competition for clinic rooms. Hence when our local community diagnostic centre opened with co-location of CT, clinic rooms and lung function we moved our diagnostic service into the community setting, commencing September 2024. We share our early experience, outcomes and learning here.
